Howdy Strat:
The most commonly used Holley wide based two barrels are either the 2300 series 350 cfm (List #7448) or the 500 cfm (list #4412). Either can be made to work well for you. With your 200 and set up the 350 may be a little easier to fine tune.
wsa111 is the authority on getting the 2300s profiled to meet our engine needs. He will likely be along in a bit, but while you're waiting do a search for his past posts on the Holleys. He has the advantage of a rather sophisticated air/fuel ratio analyser to assess and make tuning changes
I just put my #4412 on my modified 250, in place of an Autolite 2100 1.08, and am already impressed with the results. I still have some linkage refinements to finish, then I'll be testing with a G Tech accelerometer. But, my butt meter already likes the difference.
We are both working with direct mounting the carbs to a log head. I'm guessing that the Oz head, with its huge ports may be somewhat different in tune, but you will get some ideas from William's experiences.
Good luck and keep us posted.
Adios, David
