the compressor wheel does a good job of breaking up the droplets out of the carb, but the problem is they like to condense in the compressor housing again!

1/4 thick plate steel.
The 500 will be fine, but you have to externally reference the power valve on ANY draw through carb to the intake manifold.
Reason for that is under boost, the carb will still see vacuum (suction) and will go lean
The factory 3.8 buick carb I have is already externally referenced.
