newbie with a '62 170 w/single barrel Holley

You forgot to mention the River Walk and my favorite restaurant in the world , Beudreaus! And theres a little Irish pub there I like too.

I'm going to need to get a cup holder in the Falcon before we take off.

More stalling tonight. I can't wait to get it in and get the gas tank taken care of.

Make sure you have a filter between the fuel pump and tank line. And replace the steel line from the pump to the carb, with rubber if you have to.

Fuel filters are all in place. You gave me a great idea for the best invention ever for these old cars with this problem. Magnetic fuel line. Then all the little particles of rust that make it through the filter will stick to the wall of the line. Then occasionally you just do sort of auto-angioplasty and clean them out.

all or one is in place in the line next to the carb. It is one of those who I can change the inner filter out with a new one. It is clear and you can see the dirt. I also have a new fuel tank, all the lines were blown out, new fuel pump, just everything new. I do need to lower the float level as I noticed seepage around the top gasket.
