Hey all,
I just finished installing my Ignitor I module into my distributor. Because I have been known to screw things up dealing with the timing/distro, I'd like a reassurance from you guys/gals.

Did I install it right? That was the only hole where it would fit. If I put it in the top hole, it would sit right on top of the black cable. The instructions say to re-install the ground wire if you pulled it. I'm assuming that's the ground wire and did I install it right? It goes from the base of the Pertronix unit to the base of the distributor. The red wire goes to the positive side of the coil (also got a Flamethrower, 40k volt) and the black to the negative side, with the ignition wire also connecting to the positive side of the coil. If this is all set, tomorrow I'll install the rotor, cap, new wires and spark plugs and give it a go. Also, what is the stock gap for the I6? Searching VMF gave me .035 for 289/302. Is this the same for our 6 bangers? Once again thanks! I know all of this might seems so stupid and common sense to you, but I don't want to screw up a $75 investment!
Gracias again,
Erik

Looks right to me, but when I hooked mine up...nothing.

I need to try again and then if I still get nothing, send mine back...
