Weber carb ?

I have a weber(motorcraft) I got off a pinto. It has a 26/27 cast on the venturis. Does that mean it is a 26mm primary and 27mm secondary. Will this work on my 200. Looking for gas mileage more than horsepower but don't want to have to get out and push either. Rich.

im running that carb on my 250. it really didnt hurt my milage if im easy on it but that 2nd barrel is there when you need it and i could feel the diffrence. if your only goal is milage i wouldnt do it, there really wouldnt be point unless you need some extra power too. you'll need an adapter and new throttle cable to get it hooked up. the stock maverick linkage works tho
