XY 250 Electrical gremlin

Hi,

I have pick up a weird electrical gremlin in my car (XY 250). It started as I was driving that the indicators stopped working, no clicking, no anything. I had a look at the fuses behind the accelerator pedal but they all appear intact.

When I checked the other electrics in the car I found that the wipers do not work either now. However, the horn does work as well as lights.

I know the indicators themselves work as when I lock the car with the alarm they all go off.

Any ideas please? or at least where I can start?

Blinkers might be the flasher can. grab a multimeter and see if you are getting power to the wipers. You may have 2 totally seperate faults at the same time. These old girls are pretty simple to fault find

I agree sounds like your alarm system will still flash the lights so it should be a simple fix with some patience to find the faults.
