gas mileage?

Well, when I DO get this running (gosh I hope soon) I was wondering what kind of gas mileage to expect. What are you guys getting? It's a 66 Mustang coupe, 200ci all stock, except Pertronix II ignition. And later, I might be going to a Sanden compressor rather than the York. Thanks!

I'm getting about 19 (mostly city driving).

I get 20+ mpg generally. It went up with the Pertronix.

when I had the stock 170 I got about 25

put on a 1100 and dropped to 20 but was quicker

put in the 200 and it dropped to 18

put in a 5200 and duraspark and it went up to 25-27

have a 350 holley and turbo no but don't drive it enough to know milage.

8) both falcons get about 19 pretty much all the time. both cars have the 170/3spd combo with 3.25 gears.

used to get about 22- 24 mpg highway..things droped off,,power valve assembly took a hit,, the "keeper washer ? " for the 90 degree arm is off/broke,,,,can't find the part/s,,ton's of people who want BIGG G-BUCKS to rebuild it,,,to bad,,,that's all thats wrong,,,nice to know that mustang shops / stores work with customers,,,, now I need to spend big bucks for a couple parts and for what ? when I can get a rebuilt one and keep the friggen core

22-24mpg, and that's with a heavy foot too.
