8) Does anyone konw of 144 - 200 header flanges to make up your own headers? I may weld up a set of our own and just curious if there are pre-cut flanges. If not we'll just use an exhaust gasket to make our own.

like this ?

8) Hey falcon62.....I may still have a trunk lock assembly from my old 63 1/2' Falcon Futura "fastback". If I find it would you have a use for it?
Just pay the shipping.

Next where is the flange from again? site address. phone, etc. ?

Can always use Falcon parts! I'll try and find the seller ID I bought my flange/stub kit from and post later today.

thx falcon62 ! always hard to find out what to ask for the parts i,m making , aspecialy when there not on the market ! btw i did never seen a flanse for selling !!! for a 200 ci.
i dont think i could make them for 30 $ including studs ,
with materiaal [ steel 52 ! ] waterjetcutting and studs and make tread in the flanse for the studs and my time .... i geusses i must take 55 $. including a t3 turbo flanse !! so 2 flansesfor -55$

i,m not in to mutiple making parts , thats why some parts are not that cheap ! but always cheaper as TCP ahhaahhha and for someone who want some special made parts , here it is ! just give me a draw and i make it !
i.m also into a header for a turbo for attaching the flanse ,making multiple would be cheaper then making 1 !!! i wil bring next week the head and flanse to a firma who is willing to make a header for the turbo setup from 6 to 1 into the turbo flanse ! like i did told , always cheaper to make multiple parts !!

Sorry guys, I've been through all the auctions I've won and can't remember who it was I bought these parts from. :( The flange and stub kit is made by Douglas, and the flange looks to have been flame cut. I can post pics and part number tomorrow if you'd like.

8) Hi.......well.......I guess I'll use a gasket as a pattern. We have two EDM machines and one laser cutter at work. MAYBE.........I can get the machinist to cut me out some. Otherwise, I'll use hole saws and my drill press for the ports and cut off wheels to get the rest of the shape or try to cut it with my welder turned up too high and burn the edges off.

8) I have a question.......IF I can get the owner to agree...who would be willing to buy a 144 - 170 - 200 header flange? I might be able to convince the owner to have our machinist use our laser cutter to make them up. BUT.........I'd need to know if and who is looking for them.

If you manufacure it I will buy. I want to make my own header.
