Very good those alum heads are great you and will be saving money going with one plus even better performance then possible with a well worked over stock log head.
How do you guys with the 250 like the 274 cam?

Yes, after looking at all the work needed to the log head, the Aluminum head will be cheaper and leaves room for future plans of MPFI. This is gonna be a fun little mustang once I'm done
