Got my car running again. Was wondering if any of the gurus here know what pilot bearing, flywheel and clutch work for a t5 swap on an 83 200.
I tried searching and didn't find any results. I have a transmission and v8 bellhousing already. Also got a pedal assembly from a foxbody mustang. From what I understand 4/6 bolts should line up for this.

Modern Driveline has a flywheel with the diameter to fit a SBF bellhousing, and the bolt pattern to fit the 200 crank flange. The 200 has a smaller crank flange than the 250/SBF.

Odds are the 78 Fairmont clutch kit from Rock Auto has the correct clutch and pilot. The one I bought came with 2 pilots. I’m running a 92 Fox Body T5 on my 66 Mustang 200. It’s a 9” clutch with the diaphragm type pressure plate.

Here's the flywheel you need for the low mount starter 200:

400 is more than I wanted to pay to do this. o_O

The clutch is in stock for $80. Unfortunately i'm not seeing a flywheel on rockauto.

Is that the right flywheel for your engine? Maybe they switched to a 157 tooth flywheel in the late 70? The ones for the older engines like my 66 with a 9" clutch are a 136 tooth flywheel. It can be had for about $100 less at MDL.

You should be able to find a uses a flywheel from the wreckers. Just make sure the tooth count is correct and it's for a 9" clutch. Then it's just a matter of having a shop surface it. It's like a 15-20 minute job for most shops.

the 80's 200 with auto had a unique bellhouse and bolt pattern but the typical 6 bolt SBF V8 clutch bellhouse has been adapted as Marquis83 alludes to I believe:
"From what I understand 4/6 bolts should line up for this."

.
The link to MDL shows a SBF sized 157 tooth that will fit on the 200 crank. That appears to be the real UNICORN part because as far as I've seen, late70's/80's manual 200's if ever seen used in later cars used the older typical 200 136 tooth FW and Bellhouse used from mid 60's .The 80's 200 with Autotranny's were used in Mustangs to Thunderbirds.
.
Didn't notice but would presume any V8 spec clutch for SBF 157T FW should fit the MDL FW. I use a Centerforce weighted diaphragm clutch on a SBF V8 157 Tooth neutral balance flywheel with C5DA Ford Toploader Bellhouse on a Tri Power 250 and an E2xx BH from an 80's Mustang 302 on a Supercharged 250 spinning T5's.
.
Believe it or not with the 70's gas crisis clown show by the "Big Three" , The Thunderbird basic engine for 1981 was the 'Falcon Six 200 in a Fox body platform with only tin to distinguish from a Fairmont or Mustang. I can only wonder what's going to be offered this time round ...
Tbirds had 11 generations from iconic 'Little Bird' to Continental based behemoth, fancy Neiman Marcus Edition to Turbo Coupe ending with 'Little Bird' clone style cues over Ford's bed partner of time Jaguar underpinnings .

The MDL 157T/200 flange FW can only be used with an 'adapted' SBF V8 Bellhouse ?? - MDL doesn't offer a BH to fit 157 t FW 200 ?
.
All SBF V8 are below pan , if I'm following this because haven't seen a 200 - 157 T SBF sized Bellhouse
