I'm lovin it. One the way back from the Columbia Drive In the other night while on Rt. 30 I told my friends I wanted to try something. Rolling along at about 60mph in 3rd, I decided to see how quick the Fairlane could pick up speed. In a very short amount of time I had gone from 60 to 70 without any problems. The Ranger I've been driving on the other hand would be about as quick as a constipated snail in -40 degree weather even in 4th gear (out of 5).
Plus, where as going uphill in the Ranger slows me down considerably (one hill around here has a 55mph limit, I have to hit 65 before I start to climb just be to be doing 50 at top) the Fairlane basically sprints.
Hopefully I'll be getting it back from the alignment shop today so I can really begin to see what it can do without going all over the road.
