I scored a (free) Weber 2bbl 32/36 DGV for the 200, I belive this sucker is off a fiat.

So to make a long story short, what sort of jetting will I be looking for when I pop this on?

Would another carb work better? Or is the 32/36 just right for a slightly modded engine?

Thanks

The 32/36 is a good carburetor. A well built 200 (decent cam, electronic ignition, headers, direct mount carburetor, etc.) can easily make 150 HP at the flywheel. These carburetors, if tuned properly, while help you get there but beyond 150 HP NA, you'll need something that follows more CFM.

As far as jets go, look at the ones you currently have installed. Then post them for us to mull over.

From personal experience, Main Jets and Air Jets should be in the 140-180 range (as far as numbering goes). You can go even higher but it just depends on your engines demands. Idle Jets, 70 and 65 seem to be two magic numbers.

Try this link regarding the tuning and manufacturers recommendations.

Hope it helps.
