That's what I ended up with, when the machine shop put it together we discussed setting it up for 9 -9.5:1. Not sure why it got set up so much lower but I think I'm going to rectify it before assembly goes any further.

After talking to my engine guy today learned a few things, one my chamber size is 65ccs not 68 like I thought and I checked them to be sure, next he set it up to be around the 8.5:1range which a slightly thinner head gasket will fix that issue. So hopefully cometic can come up with something for me.
Was able get back on this project. Pulleys, brackets are all done lined up and ready to be used. Definitely was a project to make 2 8 rib belts work on this but it's done.
