Harmonic balancer wobble i6 200

During idle the harmonic balancer appears to be wobbling this occurred today after putting car in gear and accelerating in drive a few feet in the driveway. Engine started idling rougher and rpm dropped but i did tune rpm higher and it was driveable. This was first time accelerating in drive after the engine was rebuilt...do i need a new harmonic balancer? I know i can buy a new one but i also know its gonna be a PITA to install now engines in the car lol

Anyone? Lol i know im impatient but im also unsure what i can do,,,maybe my belt tension was too much?

Ya if i have to install a new one im wondering how i will be able to tighten the bolt now with an auto transmission the motors gonna want to turn while im trying to torque that bolt to the 100ftlbs it needs lol.....
